Dear Ching in Taipei:

Today is December 9,2005.
I am in Korea,participating the RCC seminar of OECD.
It`s freezing outside.

I work quite hard here,enjoy the seminar and have lots of fun here.
My English is so poor,but I believe I can do whatever I want.
